Reserves, visible high bids with hidden bidders, late-bid extensions, questions on the listing, watchlists and saved searches.
- Suggested prices, with their working
A starting bid from what an auction would pay you and a Buy Now from what it would cost the buyer. Change either.
- Approvals and a bill of sale signed from a phone
One tap to approve, a one-time code to sign, and a sealed PDF emailed to both stores.

What counts as an active store
A store you have switched on to trade. A store still being set up is a draft, and a store you have retired is archived: neither is charged. Switch one on in the middle of a month and that month is prorated.
Month to month
There is no contract term. Cancel in Settings and charges stop at the end of the billing period. A price change comes with at least 30 days' written notice to your administrators.

Who is Rooftop for?
Dealer groups with two or more stores that want to move used units between their own stores before they age out to a wholesale auction. It is for licensed dealers only, and is not offered to consumers.
What does it cost?
$249 per active store per month, after a 14-day free trial. That covers unlimited managers, listings and transfers. There is no buy fee, no sell fee and no per-vehicle charge. Draft and archived stores are not billed, and adding a store mid-month is prorated.
Is there a contract?
No. It runs month to month. Cancel in Settings and charges stop at the end of the billing period. Prices change only with at least 30 days' written notice to your administrators.
How do stores pay each other?
Outside Rooftop, however your group settles between its companies today. Rooftop never holds or moves money.
The transfer register, an Excel or CSV export with one line per sale between legal entities, is built for your accounting office.
What happens if we cancel or delete the group?
Export first: the records workbook and every bill of sale are yours to keep, and dealers usually have to keep transfer records for years.
Deleting a group starts a 14-day read-only wait that any administrator can cancel. After that the group's records and files are permanently deleted, and backup copies expire within 35 days. Rooftop keeps the agreements you signed with it for 6 years.
